Ulver canine club - Dog training

We have been very impressed by Ulph’s knowledge and experience of dogs. We have been working with Ulph for a few months since our 4 year old dog developed fears and insecurities meeting people on walks. We’ve seen great progress in a short time. He specifically understands different breeds and uses that knowledge to build the training plan. He is also so encouraging and supportive. Would highly recommend Ulph Ulver Canine Club.

Ulph has been such a great support for me and my dog Lucy. In the months leading up to her Swedish assistance dog exam we spent a lot of time training Lucy together – from private sessions to open classes and social dog walks. It made such a difference to have his guidance, and I always felt Lucy was in the best hands. Ulph really knows what he’s doing and has given me so many useful tips and tricks that helped us succeed. I really appreciate all the fun and varied training sessions and the social dog walks he put together – they’ve been such a valuable part of our journey. I can really recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated trainer.

Hi, I’m Walnut—a mini doxie with a strong will, a big personality, and very little patience for being told what to do (unless there’s a treat involved). Before meeting Ulph, I was running the show big time—pulling on the lead, barking and screaming at other dogs and ignoring my humans whenever I felt like it (which was often). Then came Ulph. Calm, kind, and totally unfazed by my dramatic side. He didn’t just train me—he trained them too. Now we understand each other so much better. I feel more at ease, walks are way more fun and I still get to be my fabulous self—just with better manners. Ulph knows his stuff. He’s patient, positive, and he speaks fluent dachshund. Highly recommend him to any doggo who wants to be the best version of themselves (and still sneak a snack or two). What makes Ulph extra special is all the cool stuff we get to do with him! We go on group training walks (so many new smells!), fun socialising days with other pups, individual training sessions, and even online Q&As where my humans can ask questions and get support anytime. Ulv is amazing! Friendly, very knowledgeable, kind, open, trusting and just so caring about our dog Alfi. Our dog is from a shelter and very nervous (still very nervous), however with ulver he has transformed his confidence and trust with others and us. He creates personalised plans and also takes our dog on playful learning walks alone too. HIGHLY recommend! Top guy! Top trainer.

We’ve had a few sessions with Ulph to support us with our new little doggy Astro. It’s been so so wonderful to be supported by a thoughtful and experienced dog trainer who promotes positive reinforcement and play to strengthen the bond with our dog. Everything he teaches us is to foster a safe and loving environment for Astro, and it’s so clear that things have majorly improved. We love that Ulph offers free group classes and socialization walks, as it makes us part of a community of dog owners with similar goals and helps our dogs overcome their fears of other dogs in a supportive environment.

Best dog trainer in Barcelona, if not the world!! Ulph is an extremely knowledgeable and patient trainer, who understands how to correct bad behavior, or negative patterns, through positive reenforcement. He taught me how to address the long standing fear and aggression issues that my 8 year old English Bulldog had, and gave me lots of tips and suggestions for how to keep my dog calm, secure and happy after we finished our training sessions. He also went out of his way to make sure that we were ready for an in cabin flight that I was nervous about, by bringing me and my dog, Cornelius, to the airport to practice. I have already told all my friends who have dogs about Ulver Canine Club, and would definitely suggest to anyone who needs help with their beloved pet to hire Ulph! Thank you again for all your help!
